S110/S210 Multi-Pair Termination Tool Shortage
06.04.2018Effective April 4, 2018, the S788 series multi-pair termination tool is not available for purchase due to component supply shortages. Replacement heads and blades continue to be available.
An alternative tool for S110 and S210 applications is the S814-110 product. These tools will punch down single conductors rather than multiple pairs at one time. There are also other brands of S110-compatible multi-pair punch down tools on the market. There are no multi-pair S210 compatible punch down tools available from other brands.
Because the duration of this shortage is not known, orders can not be accepted nor fulfilled at this time. Once this situation is resolved and tools become available, an additional notice will be issued.
